I locked the keys in the truck around 8:30pm on a Monday night in metropolis. I’m not from the area so I wasn’t sure who I should call. I figured there would be a a crazy fee for it being so late. Because of that, I tried, unsuccessfully, to get in myself, while freezing to death. After almost 2 hours I gave up and decided to see if this tow service next door offered a lock service.
They definitely did and the man that answered was incredibly kind even though I’m pretty sure I woke him up. He said I’ll be there in 10 min, he was there in 6. Had my truck unlocked in no time and it’s a manual lock that isn’t easy to get to. But he did it with ease. And it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg like I was so afraid of. Times are tight and I am very thankful that there are helpful local companies like Burnhams, that we can turn to when we just can’t do it ourselves, and it not cost you your utility payment. Lol.

Excellent service. took my car in to have the horn replaced or at least find out what was causing my horn to not work. before he started the diagnostic test, he tapped the horn a couple of times and it started working. did not charge me, said it was going bad but for now it's working. told him I would be back when it goes out. awesome customer service!

I can't speak highly enough about everyone Burnham 's I had an issue with my registration back in October and was towed to them, due to unfortunate circumstances it took almost 9 months to rectify. With it being such a long duration, they were gracious enough to work with me to reduce the price significantly. That way I could still have a car once everything was said and done. Without their kindness to a veteran I wouldn't have been able to afford getting my car back. Thanks again for the understanding and reducing the price I can only give 5 stars but the deserve 100!!!
